摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of the disaster-relief activities of Yan Jingming, a famous official in the late Qing Dynasty, and their interaction with the traditional disaster prevention and famine relief system mechanism, this paper explores Yan's efforts in disaster-relief efforts and public praise in Shaanxi and Shanxi area. It reveals the functions and limitations about social disaster prevention and famine relief system of traditional Chinese society, The paper analyzes the importance of the coordination between the government and the gentry, the mutual aid in the countryside, the grain storage, the stable area of the grain field, the smooth transportation, the coordination of the government and the strengthening of the construction of the bureaucracy for disaster prevention and famine relief.关键词
