Abstract
If we want to take the road of development with Shaanxi characteristics, we must give full play to the radiation and influence of Shaanxi culture and give play to the role of culture in advance. The shaping of Shaanxi culture should be carried out in two aspects: cultural content and form of communication. Through full excavation, efforts should be made to fully tap the Shaanxi elements in traditional cultural resources, build advanced cultural communication platforms, strengthen the dissemination of red culture, Promoting tourism brand building, strengthen educational exchanges between the"one belt and one road", and giving play to the radiation of central cities.
