摘要

Abstract

Gas occurrence-atomic fluorescence spectrometry is a new analysis method, and it is also the most practical analytical technique in the field of atomic fluorescence spectrometer (AFS). As one of the earliest units in the research and development of AFS, IGGE has successfully developed the XGY-2020 A AFS using new electronic and computer technology. It has greatly enhanced the automation level and technical performance of AFS. This paper mainly introduces the principle, main components, software and hardware system of XGY-2020 A AFS.
