技术性贸易壁垒对中国高新技术产品出口二元边际的影响——以"一带一路"沿线国家为例
The Influence of TBT on the Binary Margin of China′s High-Tech Products Export:Evidence from Countries along the Belt and Road

Abstract
With the reduction of tariffs and traditional non-tariff barriers, TBT have an increasing impact on international trade, and countries along the Belt and Road also take TBT as an important means to restrict other regions′high-tech products export.Under the new-new trade theory framework, this paper adopts the export data of China to countries along the Belt and Road from 2001 to 2016to estimate the binary margin of China′s high-tech products export and empirically analyzes the effect of TBT quantity on binary margin.Results show that China′s high-tech products export to countries along the Belt and Road is still dominated by intensive margin and TBT have a significant negative effect on the intensive margin but have a significant positive impact on the extensive margin.Meanwhile, only TBT of ASEAN, west Asia and central and eastern Europe have significantly effects on the binary margin, which means that the effect of TBT on the binary margin varies significantly among different areas along the Belt and Road.Based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward some suggestions for developing new products, expanding new markets as well as maintaining existing markets, and deepening products′standardization.关键词
