Abstract
Internet emotion icon (including emoji, emoticon, sticker and meme) is not only a means of expressing emotion, but also carries rules and passwords at different levels, such as social hot issue, group culture, personal mood and situation in the encoding and decoding of production and use, or sending and receiving of emotion icon.The complex process leads to the ambiguity of the emotion icon.The production and use of emotion icon, also has the meaning of the tags, either as the label of a generational segregation group, or be used as apolitical stance and action.As a means of social interaction, the characteristics of the emotion icon itself also make it a mask in the social performance, which is used to soften, exaggerate, temporize or camouflage one′s performance in different situations.关键词
