Abstract
With the selection of emission data of Shaanxi environment pollution from 2011 to 2016, and by the adoption of governance cost methods, the paper conducted the quantitative assessment on the loss value of environment pollution in Shaanxi province from three aspects: water pollution, exhaust pollution and solid waste pollution. The results show that: as the key factor to affect the environmental quality in Shaanxi, emissions and loss value of water pollution have continued to rise from 2011 to 2015, taking on a declining trend after the height of 2015; although the emissions of sulfur dioxide in air pollution has been decreasing steadily, but due to the higher starting base and higher unit governance costs, the total cost of management is higher. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to reduce the loss of environmental pollution and promote the green and sustainable development of Shaanxi.关键词
