模糊前端创意——新产品规划管理研究
Fuzzy Front-end Ideation: A Study of New Product Planning and Management
摘要
Abstract
Product Ideation is the premise and foundation of fuzzy front-end new product planning. The formation of new product planning from creativity has always been a difficult problem to be solved by enterprises. This paper clarifies the forming mechanism of the new product's fuzzy front-end ideation funnel, analyzes the factors of the new product's fuzzy front-end ideation from two aspects of the technology attraction and the market thrust based on the whole enterprise's angle, as well as the identification of path and the mechanism of connect creativity occurrence, and then proposes an input-output process model from fuzzy front-end ideation to new product planning. Finally, it is pointed out that effective ideation identification and selection is one path for new product development and innovation management of enterprises.关键词
