Abstract
Innovation is one of key paths for our country to master core competitiveness, and technology introduction and self-dependence innovation are main resources of current innovative technology in China. In order to study the effect of technology introduction mode ( technology purchase and foreign capital technology spillover) on the independent innovation capability of corporations, panel data of 22 provincial industrial enterprises are selected as the objects of study, so as to construct models of both stages: innovation inputs and outputs, and thus study the influence of technology introduction on the self-dependence innovation capability of enterprises.By means of comprehensive FGLS, the results of empirical study show that competitive effect in the technology purchase and foreign capital technology spillover can significantly promote the independent innovation of enterprises, while spillover effect of foreign R & D in foreign capital technology spillover can restrain the independent innovation of enterprises.关键词
