摘要
Abstract
Qinghai Province is one of the poorest provinces in China, and it is also a province where a lot of nationalities live together. Due to the special geographical location, the bad natural environment, and the backward infrastructure, its poverty is widespread and deep in this region. Therefore, the problem of poverty as well as anti-poverty in this area has been a hot topic for experts and scholars. This paper makes an attempt to find a breakthrough in solving the poverty problem from the perspective of law, and then provides systematic theoretical supports for the anti-poverty strategy.关键词
