Abstract
Jia Pingwa's novel flower worm is a literary creation close to reality. With Hu Die as a narrator of novel, who is a rural girl carried off into the city, the novel shows the microcosm of the withered countryside in the process of modernization. This kind of vernacular writing that criticizesthe situation, deeply embodies Jia Ping-wa's profound criticism for the current situation of rural survival. But its realistic criticism is not only full of contradictions between tradition and modernity, but also between the city and the countryside, it also faces the plight of no way to save.关键词
