响应面法优化玄武岩纤维的分散性能
Optimization of basalt fiber's dispersion property by response surface method

Abstract
In order to improve the dispersion property of basalt fiber in suspension, the basalt fiber was modified with hydrochloric acid. With concentration of hydrochloric acid, modification time and modification temperature as the independent variables, dispersion degree as the response value, the three-factor three-level test was disigned and the regression model was established by Box-Behnken response surface method. The results show that the response surface model fits well with the actual situation, and it can better predict the dispersion degree of basalt fiber. The order of the factors affecting the dispersion of basalt fiber is modification time, modification temperature and hydrochloric acid concentration. The optimum process parameters of modified basalt fiber are hydrochloric acid concentration 2.1 mol/L, modification time 14 h, and modification temperature 53.4 ℃.关键词
