摘要

Abstract

A novel electrochemical sensor is constructed based on functionalized graphene and ionic liquid.Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) are employed to characterize the morphology and structure of the fGr-IL composite.The electrochemical performances of the modified electrode are measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) .The results show that the synergistic effect of graphene and ionic liquid on the electrode surface can greatly improve the electrochemical response of Rutin.Under optimal experimental conditions, it offers a wide linear range (1.0×10-8~8×10-5 mol·L-1) with a detection limit of 3.3×10-9 mol·L-1 (S/N=3) .
