Abstract
In order to make up for the performance defect of 3 D woven composite with single structure, mechanical properties of orthogonal and quasi-orthogonal 3 D woven composites with combined structure were investigated. The high-strength polyester filament yarn was used as the raw material to weave four-layer orthogonal and quasi-orthogonal 3 D woven structures as preformed units, and four kinds of combined structures were designed according to the principle of symmetry. Orthogonal woven composites, quasi-orthogonal woven composites and combined 3 D woven composites were prepared by using bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester as the matrix. Tensile and bending properties of the composites at warp direction were tested. The results indicated that tensile and bending properties at warp direction of the quasi-orthogonal woven composites were better than that of the orthogonal woven composites. Among the combined 3 D woven composites, the effect of combined sequence was greater than the combined ratio. When the orthogonal structure was laid on the surface of the composites, the composites could get better mechanical properties.关键词
