Abstract
It is difficult to weave high-strength protective gloves. The yarn is easy to produce core-spun yarn, thus influencing fabric strength and wear-resisting. In order to solve the above problems, the paper systematically studied the raw material selection, cladding, knitting and coating technology of high-strength protective gloves, analyzed the stress of wrap yarns, and the effects of drawing ratio, overfeeding and tension control on yarn quality. Besides, the key technology of glove weaving and the eco-friendly super-coating technology were investigated. By optimizing parameters of coating technology, reinforcing weaving technology for the finger parts and conducting bi-repellent finishing of the gloves, the high-strength protective gloves had good wear-resisting, anti-cutting and bi-repellent performance. This technology solves the difficult problem of the production process of bi-repellent high-strength protective gloves, and has certain guiding function and reference value for new product development and practical production.关键词
