Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of medical staff's hand hygiene management in ICU hospital infection intervention. Methods A total of 44 ICU medical staff from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects in the study. They were divided into control group (22 patients) and study group (22 patients). The control group was given routine hand hygiene management, the study group was given hand hygiene management and then compared the effects of the two groups. Results The study group's six hand washing methods (5.33±0.76) points, hand hygiene methods (2.69±0.55) points, hand hygiene indications (4.61±0.59) points, hand hygiene disinfection principles (3.29±0.78) points, time required for hand washing (1.01±0.02) points, total points (17.71±2.11) points. The implementation of hand hygiene attitude accounted for 95.45%, which considered that hand hygiene was very important, that hand hygiene measures were effective, hand microbial qualified rate accounted for 95.45%, and implementation rate accounted for 90.91%, which was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of infection in patients accounted for 4.55%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion To strengthen the management of hand hygiene of medical staff could enhance the awareness of hand hygiene and promote the effective implementation rate and pass rate of hand hygiene could effectively preventing and controlling nosocomial infections.关键词
