Abstract
Objective To explore the value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with severe respiratory failure. Methods 97 patients with severe respiratory failure in Dongguan People's Hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were divided into two groups by computer randomization. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The results of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); the heart rate, breathing and blood gas indexes of the two groups were improved after the treatment, and the heart rate, breathing and blood gas indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P＜0.05); the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for patients with severe respiratory failure is higher.关键词
