保修制度在种植牙维护中的应用效果
Application effect of warranty system in dental implant maintenance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of signing the warranty system of dental implant after the completion of implant restoration on patients′active re-examination and the occurrence of implant complications.Methods From January to May 2016, 213 patients who completed implant restoration in the Implant Department of stomatological Hospital of Chongiqng Medical University were selected for analysis.According to whether or not to sign the implant repair system, they were divided into the observation group (109 cases) and the control group (104 cases).The rate of active re-visit, the incidence of dental implant complications and the nursing satisfaction of patients in each group were calculated.Results The mean follow-up were (20.3±1.9) months.Compared with the control group, the follow-up rate of patients in the observation group was significantly increased, the incidence of complications was lower, and the patients′nursing satisfaction was significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Signing an warranty agreement is potentially effective in improving patient compliance and reducing complications, which is important for long-term survival of implant-supported restorations.关键词
