Abstract
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has become an important method for the treatment of cancer since its invention.As the most important factor in PDT, the study of photosensitizer (PS) has received more and more attention.This paper introduces the developmentporphyrin photosensitizers.It is roughly divided into three generations:the first generation is mainly composed of hematoporphyrin and its derivatives, and the second generation is well-defined porphyrin compounds, and the third generation of photosensitizers are the products of the second generation of photosensitizers combined with functional molecules.Finally, some porphyrin photosensitizers that have been medicinal in recent years are exemplified.关键词
