摘要

Abstract

Oily wastewater inevitably exists in oilfield development and production.The quality of oily wastewater from different sources varies greatly and its nature is unstable.In the process of transportation, treatment and reinjection or discharge, different types of wastewater mix with each other.The ions in the wastewater are prone to precipitation reaction and scaling, which seriously affects the benefit of oilfield development.In this paper, a large number of experimental studies on scaling regularity of oily wastewater have been carried out, and the formation mechanism of calcium sulfate has been deeply understood.By understanding the range of sulfate and bicarbonate and carbonate content in wastewater, a certain gradient (sulfate ion, bicarbonate ion, carbonate ion, calcium ion) has been set.The volume was tested.The results show that the solubility of calcium sulfate increases with the increase of salt content.
