摘要

Abstract

(Objective) using respectively atomic absorption spectrometric graphite furnace and flame method to detect unknown aqueous solution, to compare the effects of determination of Plumbum in the same aqueous solution. (Methods) Several samples from the same water solution containing Plumbum were under the suitable oncentration for the standard curve of the graphite furnace and flame method, respectively, and then they were detected and the results were calculated. (Results) The testing result is basically the same, the recovery rate of graphite furnace was 99.89%~102.31% (n=5), and the recovery rate of flame method was 99.93%~102.10% (n=5).Two different samples were measured by using two methods, the relative deviation was in the range of 1.55%~1.71%. (Conclusion) The testing result is basically the same, the method of flame is faster simpler and more Precise, but the graphite furnace method has smaller demand for the sample.
