摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces a new preparation method of Ti3SiC2 ceramics.The method utilizes the expansion of the mold and the pressure-bearing powder itself during the sintering process to generate stress, and acts in the opposite direction on the ceramic body to make the high-temperature ceramic body sintered and densified.The process has controllable process, no complicated equipment, no size and Advantages such as shape restrictions.The density of Ti3SiC2 ceramics synthesized by this method can reach 95%, close to the density of hot-pressed Ti3SiC2 ceramics.The test resistivity reaches 2.8×10-7Ω·m, the surface hardness reaches 329 HV, and it has good resistance below 900℃.Oxidizing properties have a wide range of applications.
