摘要

Abstract

The selection of six soil free-range eggs and market to buy six ordinary breeding eggs, choose three eggs in each group to make mixed whole egg liquid A and B, three specimens from each from the A and B, according to the law of the People's Republic of China national standard GB (GB) 5009.5-2016 national food safety standards on the determination of protein in food, determine the protein content of hybrid egg liquid, A set of three sample determination of protein content, respectively is:14.42%, 14.65%, 14.45%, average 14.51%;The protein content of the three samples in group B was 12.84%, 14.02% and 13.36% respectively, with an average value of 13.41%.Group A was 8.2% higher than the average value of group B, because the egg white of group B dropped to the outside part when making the mixture, so the determination value of group B was lower.
