Abstract
To establish a methods for determination content of salidroside in Chinese medicinal compound health product.The determination was performed by high performance liquid chromatography on a Welchrom C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water containing 0.1％ formic acid (24∶76).The flow rate was set at 1.0 ml/min and UV absorbance was detected at 275 nm.The calibration curves of salidroside were in the range of 10.08～504 μg/mL with good linearity (R2=0.9994).The average recovery was 97.7％ (RSD=1.2％).The method is a simple, feasible, and accurate approach for the determination of salidroside in Chinese medicinal compound health product.关键词
