有机硅交联改性含氟共聚物及其棉织物拒水整理耐久性研究
Fluorinated copolymer modified with organicsilicone and its durability of water repellent finishing of cotton fabrics

Abstract
The copolymerization of bis (perfluoroctyl) itaconic ester with methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and hydroxyethyl methacrylate was modified by vinyl triethoxy silane monomer, and the copolymers obtained had strong cross-linking reactivity. When the product was applied in cotton finishing, the water contact angle reached 136.0° and the water repellency was 90. The morphology, structure and element distribution of copolymer membranes on the surface of fibers after different times of washing were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The relationship between copolymer structure and finishing durability was studied. The results showed that the durability of water-repellent finishing was improved by adding reactive cross-linked monomers. When the amount of vinyltriethoxysilane was2.0% (to the total mass of monomers), the water contact angle of finished cotton fabric remained 124.1° after35 times of standard washing.关键词
