小尺寸氧化铜的制备及其抗菌性能研究
Preparation of small size CuO and its antibacterial property

Abstract
With copper acetate as copper source, ethanol or deionized water as solvent, polyvinylpyrrolidone or sodium lauryl sulfate as surfactant, copper oxide (CuO) particles were prepared by the hydrolysis method under 80 ℃. The phase and microstructure of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis). Three kinds of CuO with particle size of 4.8, 58.7 and 436.0 nm were obtained. The antibacterial property of CuO particles with different sizes were tested. The result showed that the small size of CuO particles displayed better antibacterial property to E. coli and S. aureus.关键词
