Abstract

The composites withβ-cyclodextrin as the coating agent and modified nano-tourmaline as the substrate were prepared. When the average particle size and the cladding ratio of the composites were taken as indicators, the effects of the mass ratio of coating agent to substrate, reaction temperature, stirring rate and p H of solution on the product quality were studied by orthogonal tests. The results indicated that the optimum preparation conditions of composites were as follows: the mass ratio of coating agent to substrate 2∶1, the reaction temperature 50 ℃, the stirring rate 1 000 r/min and solution pH=5. Under the optimal conditions, the average particle size of the composites was 101.6μm and the cladding ratio was 81.2%. The production testing of composites on pure cotton fabric was carried out. The results indicated that the negative oxygen ion concentration of fabrics was 1.98×103cm-3after finishing and 1.73×103cm-3 after 5 times washing with the retention rate of 87.37%.
