黑米提取液对桑蚕丝织物的染色性能研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Dyeing property of black rice extract on mulberry silk
提取黑米中的天然染料,并对桑蚕丝织物进行染色,研究染色温度、染色时间、pH、染色用酸及媒染剂(硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝)对染色性能的影响.结果表明,黑米染料上染桑蚕丝织物的优化工艺为:温度100℃,时间80 min,冰醋酸调节染浴pH至4,硫酸亚铁媒染可获得较好的颜色深度,织物颜色变化显著.媒染织物的耐皂洗及耐摩擦色牢度达到3级,但耐日晒色牢度较差.染色织物具有一定的紫外线防护性能.
Natural dyes were extracted from black rice and were used to dye mulberry silk. The effects of dyeing temperature, dyeing time, pH, acid, and mordant (ferrous sulfate and aluminum sulfate) on dyeing behavior were studied. The results showed that the optimization process for black rice pigment dyeing for mulberry silk were as follows: dyeing at 100 ℃ for 80 min, using glacial acetic acid to adjust dye bath pH=4.
