Abstract
The cotton gauze was pretreated with activating agent and other additives in one bath. The effects of concentration of hydrogen peroxide, scouring agent A and sodium hydroxide, type and concentration of activator and temperature on the pretreatment effect of cotton gauze were studied. The pretreatment effect was tested taking whiteness, wettability and surface active substances of fabrics as indexes. The optimum process was as follows: 27.5％ hydrogen peroxide concentration 1.2 g/L, scouring agent A concentration2.3 g/L, 32.5％ NaOH concentration 2.65 g/L, tetraacetylethylenediamine (TAED) used as bleach activator and concentration 2 g/L, temperature 95 ℃. Finally, the whiteness of the cotton gauze after the optimization pretreatment process was 78.8％, the settling time was 1.63 s, and the foam height in the surface active substance test was not more than 2 mm, which met the demand of pretreatment and achieved the goal of energy saving, emission reduction and cost reduction.关键词
