Research on Western Modern Periodicals of Medicine Literature in Guangzhou Area

Abstract
Objective To sort out the modern periodicals of Western medicine in Guangzhou and analyze the current status of Western medical literature research in Guangzhou.Methods CNKI was used to search the modern periodicals articles in Guangzhou from the time of construction to September 2018. The words "Western Medicine" or "Western Medicine" or "Western Medicine" or "Modern Medicine" were selected as keywords for screening. The literature summarizes and analyzes the search results from the publication date, source journals, and research topics. Results After screening, 136 qualified literatures were obtained, and the overall trend maintained steady growth. Among them, 81 theoretical studies, 37 clinical studies, 6 empirical studies, and 12 literature reviews. The study found that the Western medical literature in Guangzhou has the characteristics of focusing on the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, less early research literature, emphasis on theoretical research, and the reliability of clinical research conclusions.Conclusion While attaching great importance to the integration of Chinese and Western medicine and attaching importance to theoretical research, it should also focus on promoting clinical research, giving full play to the historical advantages of Guangzhou in Western medicine, and establishing standardized diagnostic procedures and efficacy evaluation criteria in clinical controlled trials.关键词
