基于聚类分析的理气药对挖掘
Drug Pairs Mining of Regulating Qi Based on Cluster Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of cluster analysis in the excavation of traditional Chinese medicine for regulating Qi.Methods SPSS software was used to analyze the clustering of common medicines for regulating Qi according to the quality and flavor of the meridian. The sum of square of deviation mean difference was used as clustering method and the square of European distance was used as measure method to generate tree chart.Results A total of 7 groups of drug pairs, Citron and Buddha, green peel and woody, sandalwood and Allium macrostemon, Gan Pine and large abdominal skin, litchi seed and rose, Saha seed and concanavan bean, plum blossom and persimmon pedicle were analyzed. Conclusion Cluster analysis is useful for the summary and excavation of traditional Chinese medicine, but its validity and practicability need further study.关键词
