中西医结合临床专业外科基本技术培训模式改革研究
Research on the Reform of Basic Technical Training Mode of Clinical Specialty in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of reforming the basic technical training mode of clinical specialty surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the teaching of surgery practice.Methods A total of 204 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in Southwest Medical University of China (2014) were selected as experimental group.and 198 undergraduate students of 2013 Chinese and Western medicine clinical medicine were selected as the control group. The experimental group used the newly prepared internship guidance and formative evaluation system. The traditional teaching method and the course final evaluation model compare the test scores of the two groups and design a questionnaire to understand the students' evaluation of different teaching methods. Results The test scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05) . The experimental group's evaluation of teaching effect was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05) . Conclusion The new training mode pays more attention to the surgical skill teaching process. This model has the characteristics of short evaluation period and timely feedback. It is more suitable for the teaching of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical profession under the new situation. The teaching effect is better and the students are teaching the teaching. The law is highly recognized.关键词
