摘要

Abstract

Acute lung injury (ALI) /acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is the main cause of early SAP death and is a typical representative of extrapulmonary ARDS. Early studies have confirmed non-invasive positive pressure ventilation. It is an effective treatment for ARDS caused by SAP. This article reviews the protective effects of early noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on severe acute pancreatitis with lung injury and its mechanism of action, and provides a basis for early noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with lung injury.
