Effect of Beta-Cypermetrin Exposure on Endometrial Deciduation in Mice

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of beta-cypermethrin on deciduation of endometrium in female mice. Methods 40 female Kunming mice of SPF grade weaning were randomly divided into two groups: control group and contamintated group with 20 each, and were contamintated by the way of lavage for 90 d.The control group was lavaged with corn oil.The contamintated group was lavaged with 10mg/ (kg·bw·d) β-CP+corn oil.At the end of contamination, 10 female mice in the control group and 10 mice in the contamintated group were randomly selected to put in a same cage with the male mouse respectively. Early the next morning, Yin suppository was recorded as the first day of pregnancy (D1) , and the mice were killed on D8 d.The model of pseudopregnancy was established by putting the remaining female mice in each group and male mice ligated by vasectomy in a same cage.Corn oil was injected into the uterine horn of mice on the 4th day of pseudopregnition (PD4) .The embryo implantation, decidualization induction and endometrial thickness were observed by D8 and PD8 d.The expression of dtPRP and BMP2 were detected by RT-PCR and ELISA, respectively. Resultsβ-CP contamination decreased the success rate of decidualization induction, the thickness of endometrium and the expression of dtPRP and BMP2 in mouse decidua (P<0.05) .Com pared with the controlgroup, the successrate ofartificialinduced deciduation (100.00%) in the experim entalgroup decreased (30%) , and the difference wasstatistically significant (χ2=10.77, P<0.05) .Conclusion β-CP contamination affects decidualization of mice endometrium by inhibiting the expression of dtPRP and BMP2, decreases the thickness of endometrium and affects embryo implantation.关键词
