Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic and open surgery for renal pedicle lymphatic ligation in the treatment of chyluria. Methods The clinical data of 124 patients with chyluria treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the surgical method, the observation group and the control group were divided into 62 cases. The control group underwent open surgery for renal pedicle lymphatic ligation, and the observation group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. The operation time, the amount of surgical bleeding, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the length of hospital stay, postoperative complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative bedtime, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time were lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . The postoperative complication rate in the observation group The score was 1.61% and the recurrence rate was 0, which was lower than 11.29% and 4.83% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic lymphatic vessel ligation for chyluria has the advantages of less trauma, rapid recovery, less complications and low recurrence rate.关键词
