中药内服联合外洗治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with external washing on recurrent fungal vaginitis.Methods A total of 102 patients with recurrent vaginitis admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 51 cases each. The control group was treated with nystatin vaginal suppository combined with oral nystatin. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Guishao Simiao Decoction combined with external Chinese medicine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The recurrence of the two groups was followed up.Results The total effective rate was 92.17％ in the treatment group, which was higher than that in the control group 82.35％, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05) .At the follow-up, 3 patients (5.89％) relapsed in the control group and 1 patient (1.96％) in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05) .Conclusion TCM oral administration combined with external washing for recurrent mycotic vaginitis has a good clinical effect and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of application.关键词
