Abstract
Objective To compare the accuracy of ultrasound-guided breast biopsy (CNB) and open biopsy histopathological diagnosis, and to explore the diagnostic value of CNB for breast masses.Methods A total of 142 female patients with breast mass complaints from January 2014 to December2016 were enrolled in the hospital. CNB was performed first, followed by open surgical resection. Histopathological examination was performed on the excised specimens, and the diagnostic coincidence rates of the two were compared.Results The results of CNB diagnosis included 56 cases of invasive carcinoma, 6 cases of carcinoma in situ and atypical hyperplasia, 68 cases of benign lesions, 3 cases of unclear nature, and 9 cases of no obvious lesions. The diagnostic coincidence rate between CNB and open biopsy was 91.55％.Conclusion The consistency between CNB and open biopsy diagnosis is high, and the damage to patients is small, and the results are accurate and reliable.关键词
