Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-energy extracorporeal shock wave in patients with type ⅢB chronic prostatitis.Methods45 patients with type ⅢB chronic prostatitis admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group (n=15) and observation group (n=30) .The control group was orally treated with Tanluoxin hydrochloride sustained release tablet, and the observation group was treated with low energy extracorporeal shock wave. The international prostate symptom score and VAS pain score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the pain symptoms in the observation group were (2.36 ±1.23) points, urinary symptoms (1.36±1.24) , the quality of life was (3.08±1.21) , the total score was (7.03±1.85) and the VAS score was (2.67±1.12) .All of them were lower than the control group, of which the scores of pain were (4.26 ±1.89) , urination (2.35±1.70) , quality of life (4.35 ±1.76) , total score (11.01 ±4.63) and VAS score (3.92±1.01) , respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Low energy extracorporeal shock wave can improve the symptoms of patients with type ⅢB chronic prostatitis, help to relieve the pain of patients, and provide a method for the treatment of type ⅢB chronic prostatitis.关键词
