Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing interventions on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with gynecologic tumors.Methods A total of 203 gynecologic tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were randomized according to the admission time. 98 patients admitted from January to December 2016 were included in the control group and given routine nursing intervention. 105 patients admitted from January to December 2017 were enrolled in the study group and given preventive nursing intervention. The incidence of DVT, self-care ability score, patient satisfaction and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT in the study group was lower than that in the control group (7.61％ vs 11.22％) , the self-care ability score [ (97.00 ±1.47) points vs (92.00±1.61) points], and the satisfaction score [ (96.52±1.46) points vs (92.41±1.27) ] were higher than the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than the control group [ (8.31 ±4.45) d vs (10.13±3.30) d], the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05) . Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis in patients after gynecologic tumor surgery, improve the quality of patient care and shorten the time of hospitalization and improve patient satisfaction score.关键词
