Abstract
Objective To formulate rules for the rational use of blood for blood transfusion applications, and to evaluate and verify the automatic audit system. Methods The blood transfusion application data before and after the function application were selected to compare the blood transfusion application time and reasonable blood use situation of manual review and automatic review and select the applied data to verify the automatic audit function, and the automatic audit pass rate and the reason for failing the automatic audit. Results Compared with manual review, the application time decreased from 5.32 min to 2.14 min, and the reasonable blood use rate improved from 98.10％ to 99.50％. Analysis of 13185 blood transfusion applications using automatic audit software, the automatic audit pass rate accounted for 88.69％, and analyzed the main reason for the failure of automatic audit. Conclusion The use of automatic auditing software can guarantee the correct rate of reasonable blood use, reduce errors, greatly improve the work efficiency of applicants, and achieve good results in practical applications.关键词
