Abstract
In recent years, the "5+3" resident standardization training system implemented by the Ministry of Education has formed a complete five-year undergraduate medical education system, perfected continuing medical education, trained general talents, and expanded the overall knowledge and professionalism of young physicians. Levels to better adapt to clinical work and better serve patients. Now I will summarize the problems encountered during the standardized training of residents, and propose solutions.关键词
