Abstract
Through the interpretation of the "One Belt and One Road Initiative" initiative, this paper inspires the new ideas of hospital library culture construction, citing the viewpoints of inheritance, communication and cooperation, and gives the establishment of institutional knowledge base, construction of library culture, and construction of open operation mode. The measures and proposed to build a national medical literature resource system along the "One Belt and One Road Initiative", strengthen cultural exchanges, build a medical network platform, establish alliances and other proposals for external cooperation.关键词
