摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of Ba Duan Jin on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, PubMed, WOS-SCI, China Knowledge Network (CNKI) , China Biomedical (CBM) , Wanfang and Weipu databases were searched to collect the relevant literatures of Ba Duan Jin applied to patients with coronary heart disease. The time limit for the study was to build the library until October 2018. Outcome measures included left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) , metabolic equivalent (METs) , N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) , and 6-min walk test (6 MWT).Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 6 articles were included and 563 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that Ba Duan Jin improved LVEF in patients with coronary heart disease compared with the control group [MD=3.37, 95%CI (2.30, 4.43) , P<0.00001], METs [MD=0.54, 95%CI (-0.07, 1.14) , P=0.08] and 6 MWT [MD=51.38, 95%CI (22.79, 79.98) , P=0.0004], reduce NT-proBNP levels [MD=-0.17, 95%CI (-110.30, -84.04) , P<0.00001]. Conclusion The exercise of Ba Duan Jin in patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the heart function of patients with coronary heart disease. This exercise is expected to be an option for the prescription of cardiac rehabilitation exercise.
