Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine granules on the alveolar bone osteogenesis and the expression of RANKL in periodontitis rats. Methods 45 male Wister rats were established experimental models of periodontitis. Rats were divided into 9 groups according to the random number table method, and 5 rats in each group were labeled. One group was set as blank group, 4 groups were control group, and 4 groups were experimental group. The blank group was pulled to pull the first molar on the left side of the upper jaw and moved to the middle. After 21 d of pulling, the rats were sacrificed for 3, 7, 14 and 21 d.The tooth movement model was established in the experimental group and the control group respectively. The experimental group was given 0.9 g/kg of decoction of bone decoction once a day, 3, 7, 14, 21 d of the maintenance phase, once a day;The control group was given the same amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution once a day for the same time. Osteoblasts were observed by HE staining. Immunohistochemical sections were used to observe the expression level of RANKL factor. Results The expression level of RANKL in the experimental group increased first, and the expression level of RANKL began to decrease gradually from the 7 th day. Compared with the same node, the expression level of RANKL in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. In the experimental group, the expression of RANKL was very low at 21 d and the periodontal ligament was stable, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Wound decoction can promote osteogenesis, stabilize the alveolar bone and periodontal ligament, and reduce the expression of RANKL.关键词
