Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of early combined therapy on the surgical treatment of old femoral shaft fractures. Methods 74 patients with old femoral shaft fractures from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 37 cases each. The control group was treated with a single operation, and the observation group was given an early knee joint activity training based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75.68％, which was lower than that of the observation group 94.59％, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss (80.37±4.62) ml and fracture healing time (152.67±10.71) in the observation group. d and length of hospitalization (12.49±4.27) d were better than the control group (230.68±9.01) ml, fracture healing time (198.73±12.49) d and hospitalization time (19.58±4.92) d, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The early combination therapy for patients with old femoral shaft fractures is effective, which can help reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time and hospitalization time.关键词
