眼轮匝肌缩短联合下睑缩肌修复在退行性下睑内翻的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of orbital sacral muscle shortening combined with mandibular muscle repair in degenerative lower eyelid entropion. Methods A total of 120 patients (134 eyes) with degenerative lower eyelid entropion who were admitted to our department from July 2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into A and B groups. In group A, 48 patients (58 eyes) underwent simple orbicularis muscle resection, and in group B, 72 patients (76 eyes) were treated with orbicularis muscle shortening combined with inferior condylar muscle repair. The postoperative results and complications of the two groups were observed at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months and 1 year after operation. Results There was no significant difference in the correction between the two groups at 1 week and 1 month after operation (P>0.05) , but the follow-up at 6 months and 1 year showed that the correction efficiency of group B was 97.21％ and 100.00％, better than 86.21％ and 72.42％ of group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). No serious complications occurred in either group. Conclusion Treatment of degenerative lower eyelid entropion with shortening of the orbicularis oculi muscle, resolving the horizontal and vertical relaxation of the chin, and fixing the orbicularis oculi muscle to the lower edge of the tarsal plate to avoid the ride of the orbicularis oculi muscle. The curative effect is reliable and stable.关键词
