Abstract
Objective To understand the quality of male semen in this area through the analysis of male semen examination in our hospital, and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. Methods 398 cases of semen were analyzed by Weili WLJY-9000 sperm analyzer. The abnormal indexes were classified and classified according to age. The semen volume, liquefaction time, pH value, sperm survival rate, vigor, sperm density, morphology and semen volume, sperm density, survival rate, viability between age groups. Results Among the 308 cases, 179 cases were completely normal, accounting for 58.12％, and 3 cases without azoospermia, accounting for 0.97％. At least one case was lower than the reference value of 126 cases, accounting for 40.91％, of which the abnormal proportion of sperm motility the highest; the amount of semen: (2.85 ±1.13) ml in the ≥ 40-year-old group, (3.36±1.17) ml in the ≤ 29-year-old group and (3.41±1.21) ml in the 30-39-year-old group, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05); sperm survival rate and viability decreased with age, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); sperm density, there was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The proportion of male sperm motility, survival rate, sperm density and semen volume is high in this area. Age has a certain influence on semen quality, and semen quality is lower in people over 40 years old.关键词
