Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of resource allocation and diagnosis and treatment services for dental care institutions above the second level in Beijing. Methods In 2017, an on-site investigation was conducted on the second-level oral medical institutions in Beijing (≥4 comprehensive treatment stations) , and the evaluation indicators were summarized and analyzed. Results The number of dental comprehensive treatment tables and dental doctors in the three-level dental institutions was concentrated in 10～19 units/person, the daily average outpatient volume was concentrated in 50～150 person-times/d, the total amount of medical care is mostly ≥10 million yuan/year.Most of the dentists are master's degree and intermediate title. Most of the secondary oral medical institutions are <10 units/person, and the average daily outpatient volume of the secondary oral medical institutions is mostly <50 person-times/d, and the total medical expenses are mostly ≤5 million yuan/year. The dental doctors are mostly undergraduate and junior professional titles. There are significant differences in the development of dental implants and orthodontics in tertiary and secondary dental institutions; there are significant differences in the development of aesthetic techniques such as apical surgery, laser therapy, and crown extension. Conclusion The medical quality management level of oral medical institutions and the work efficiency of dentists need to be improved. It is necessary to try to conduct research on the positioning of medical diagnosis and treatment functions in oral medical institutions, and explore how to play the service functions of oral medical institutions with high quality and efficiency.关键词
