Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of nursing risk management in the hospital for emergency treatment of patients with critical gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 36 patients with critical gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were treated urgently from December 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. The control group used traditional emergency nursing measures, and the experimental group added nursing risk management nursing measures based on the control group. Compare the two groups of rescue items in good condition, catheter operation aseptic condition pass rate, care satisfaction and in-hospital transit time. Results The pass rate of the rescued items in the experimental group and the aseptic condition of the catheter operation were 94.44% and 100.00%, respectively, which were higher than the control group's 83.33% and 88.89% ,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 94.44%,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The intra-transitence time of the two groups was very rapid. The intra-transitory time of the experimental group was (1.01 ±0.17) min, and the control group was (1.18±0.21) min. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management has a higher value for in-hospital transport of critically ill digestive tract hemorrhage, which can improve the insufficiency rate of rescue articles and the sterility of catheter operation and improve the satisfaction of nursing.关键词
