"The Belt and Road"Initiative and the New Mission of Training Foreign Legal Talents in China

Abstract
Cultivating a group of high-end foreign-related legal personnel is an important talent guarantee for promoting the "the Belt and Road"initiative. And the "the Belt and Road"initiative puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of foreign-related legal personnel. Under the premise of formulating a special training program, the foreign-related legal personnel have to obtain a high foreign language ability and a sound knowledge structure. At present, due to the three factors of the lower professional setting threshold, different local economic development and teacher title evaluation standards, there are some bottleneck problems in China's legal education, such as large scale and low quality, uneven development between the east and the west, infusion teaching. Looking forward to the future, the reform ideas of innovative foreign-related legal personnel lie to clarifying the cultivating objectives of "applied plus composite", establishing the cultivating concept of "legal belief plus patriotic feelings", strengthening the practical cultivating methods, and promoting to establish a comprehensive cooperation mechanism in the specific path from both the national and university levels.关键词
