The New Direction of Soil Remediation Industry from the Perspective of Eco-civilization——With Particular Reference to Marxist Principles to Solve the Financial Problems of Soil Remediation

Abstract
In view of the financial problems of soil remediation, we fully investigate the various problems in the development of soil remediation industry in China's contaminated sites, and recalculate the cost of soil remediation by taking the site area as a unite, following this, we find that cost reduction is the key to solving the financial problems of soil remediation. We also apply the Marxist principle of waste resource utilization, and propose a resource utilization method of polluted soil waste combined with the traditional sintered brick and tile industry. The preliminary accounting shows that the output value of the sintered brick and tile made by polluted soil is enough to cover the total cost of soil restoration in the contaminated sites, hence it is feasible to establish an eco-environmental protection iron army which does not require national financial input.关键词
